Daniel, Founder
Daniel founded The Deep Call to provide a safe space where we can travel together in our human journey. A place where we can err and conquer. A place where we can learn and grow. A place where we can go deeper.
Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a master’s degree from Georgetown University where he studied management and human capital systems, respectively. For nearly three decades he has trained with the world’s foremost experts in mindset and human performance. In the field and in the lab, Daniel has seen how unfathomed human potential truly is.
Formal training notwithstanding, Daniel finds the best learning comes from sharing life’s stories. He would love to hear yours. Schedule a time to connect here.

Joe, Public Relations
Joe brings more than a decade of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, and media relations to The Deep Call.
Throughout his career, he has helped organizations, elected leaders, and public institutions communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose. His background in government, politics, and association communications has given him a deep understanding of how thoughtful messaging can build trust, strengthen relationships, and inspire meaningful action.

Nicole, Corporate Accounts
Nicole is an ICF Accredited Associate Coach (ACC) who helps individuals navigate challenges, pursue meaningful goals, and create lasting positive change.
Her coaching approach is practical, supportive, and rooted in the belief that growth happens when people feel heard, understood, and empowered. By combining science-backed coaching methods with genuine curiosity and accountability, Nicole helps clients identify clear next steps and build momentum toward the life they want to create.

Doug brings more than 25 years of experience in visual design, branding, UX, and product strategy to The Deep Call.
Throughout his career, he has helped shape digital experiences that connect with people on a deeper level—creating work that not only looks meaningful, but feels intuitive, trustworthy, and human. His background in UX taught him that great design begins with listening: understanding needs beneath the surface and removing friction so people can move forward with clarity.
